We're Saybroker LLC.

And we sell outdoor equipment the way it should have been sold all along.

Honestly, it started the way most real things do — not with a big formal plan, but with a conversation. A few of us who'd spent years working in retail and e-commerce kept running into the same wall: customers who'd been burned by stores that overpromised, under-delivered, and then went quiet when something went wrong. We kept talking about it. And at some point the conversation shifted from "somebody should fix this" to "we could fix this."

So we did.

Saybroker LLC was founded in 2024 and is registered in North Dakota. We're a small team, all of us with retail and e-commerce backgrounds, and we focus entirely on one corner of the market: outdoor power equipment and backyard living. Lawn mowers, generators, gazebos, pergolas. The stuff that actually matters when you're trying to maintain a property, survive a blackout, or build a backyard worth spending time in.

Why This Niche Specifically

Because it's harder to get right than it looks. These aren't the kind of products you can just list and forget about. A riding mower is a considered purchase. A generator, especially if someone's buying it for backup power, carries real responsibility. People researching these items are often spending real money and genuinely need accurate information — right dimensions, right specs, honest shipping timelines, a return policy that won't leave them stranded with a 400-pound machine on their porch.

We saw a lot of stores in this space doing a poor job of that. Not because they were bad people — just because they weren't paying attention. We believed we could pay better attention. Two-plus years in, we think we were right.

What Shopping With Us Actually Looks Like

We carry brands we'd buy from ourselves. Everything on our site comes through authorized dealer channels — that means real manufacturer warranties, real product support, and no grey-market surprises. We're also a verified Google Business, which matters to us not just as a credential but as a reflection of how we operate: openly, with accurate information, and with a name attached to what we do.

When you order something small or medium-sized, it usually ships within a day and arrives within one to three business days. For bigger items — a riding mower, a large gazebo, a standby generator — we work with freight carriers who will actually contact you to schedule delivery, not just leave something at the curb without warning. If anything's wrong with your order, you have 90 days to return it. No runaround.

And when you email us at Contact@saybroker.com, a real person from our team responds. We're around Monday through Friday from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening, and on Saturdays from 10 to 4. We take Sundays off — partly because rest matters, and partly because a team that isn't burned out takes better care of customers.

What We're Building Toward

We're not trying to be the Amazon of outdoor equipment. That's not the point. The point is to be the store that people actually trust in this space — the one you recommend to your neighbor when they ask where to buy a good generator, the one you come back to two years later when it's time for a new mower.

We've been doing this for over two years. We've shipped a lot of orders, handled a lot of questions, and sorted out more than a few complicated freight deliveries. We've gotten better at all of it. And we're still getting better.

That's the whole story, more or less. We're a small team that knows this product category, takes our customers seriously, and shows up every day trying to run a store we'd actually want to buy from.
